To confirm a booking, a pre-payment of 50% is required.
Cancellations Policy
21-28 days – 25% deposit is required to secure your accommodation
14-21 days – 50% deposit
7-14 days – 75% deposit
7 days – 100% is due immediately
Cancellation within 30 days before the arrival date will lead to a payment of 25 % of the booking amount. Cancellation after that, or failing to arrive at all, will lead to payment of 100 % of the booking amount.
In the event of a premature departure the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
Refunds of deposits/prepayments for bookings are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to re-let the room/s.
Means of payment
Cash – At the Guest House you can pay cash with South African Rand. (ATM machines are widely available in the area)
Credit Cards – Payment may also be made via credit card. (VISA and Mastercard)

Children all ages are welcome and we offer special children rate (e.g. 0-3 years free) when sharing with an adult.
